How to claim when you WIN

If you have a BINGO type the letter B into the chatbox where it says “Type a message”. One of our administrators will reply to you and request your verification number. That is the number in the centre of the winning card (see below). They will instruct the caller, who will have halted the game, in order to verify your card as a winner. The games will be closed once the winners have been verified and play will restart.

The administrator will inform you of how you can collect your winnings.
